Framework Founders exists for operators who built something durable on purpose. Not hustle folklore, not overnight stories — documented systems that produced repeatable results, filed where other serious operators can study them.
§ Who we feature
Founders running businesses between $500K and $20M in annual revenue who can point to a framework and say: this is why it worked. Home services, professional services, healthcare, construction, manufacturing, and the trades that keep economies running.
We feature ten companies per industry at a time. That constraint is deliberate — a registry loses meaning the moment it accepts everyone.
Selection criteria
- 01Annual revenue between $500K and $20M
- 02A documented, repeatable methodology — not improvisation
- 03Measurable outcomes attributable to that system
- 04Three or more years operating systematically
- 05A willingness to teach the framework openly
§ The process
From application to permanent archive
Application review
You submit your framework. We review for substance: does the system exist on paper, and did it produce results?
Discovery call
A short conversation to map the story arc, confirm details, and agree on what we document.
Video interview
A 45-minute recorded session covering origin, framework, and proof. Remote or in person.
Editing and publication
We edit the interview into a feature plus short clips, write the profile, and publish it to the registry.
Distribution
Your entry is promoted across our network of 30,000+ operators, and the assets are yours to reuse.
